We've added this size chart to make your life a little easier when ordering online. These Beefy Cut BJJ gis are preshrunk but will still shrink if washed in hot water and dried in the the dryer at high heat. We also provided you with the a few measurements so you can compare them with any older BJJ or judo gis that you may have access to. The measurements provided are after the gi has been washed.

When you first get the gi out of the bag expect shrinkage of 3-4% throughout the jacket, and 2-3% on the pant length.
