We at Gorilla Fight Gear designed our 2011 model black Silverback BJJ Gi, after listening to your feedback of our previous model. From your feedback we only needed to do some minor tweaks to the size chart, add a few cosmetic things to spice up this BJJ Gi.

750gr/m Gold weave Jacket which makes the gi 2 times more resistant to tearing compared to a lighter weight BJJ gi.

One Piece Jacket less seams greater durability, and no irritating back seam when playing guard

12oz Twill BJJ Gi pants which means they will be strong but still comfortable

Reinforced butt seam and gold weave gasset which will mean no more embarrassing rips while playing guard

The BJJ Gi is Pre-Shrunk which means it won't shrink 2 sizes on the first wash

thick Rubber collar which makes it harder to get choked out in training and competition

Tighter short body cut bjj gi top so your opponents have nothing to grab

More flexibility in the shoulder area

All Seams are Triple Stitched for greater durability

All stress points are Heavily reinforced so the Gi will probably outlast you

Thick Bungee Rope Drawstring for easier tie up

5 Loop pant system for a better fit around your waist

Silver Gorilla embroidery on left arm and left upper leg which leaves this gi looking simple and clean

We've added this size chart to make your life a little easier when ordering online. These Regular Cut BJJ gis are preshrunk but will still shrink if washed in hot water and dried in the the dryer at high heat. We also provided you with the collar to sleeve and pant out seam measurements so you can compare the with any older BJJ gis or juso gis that you may have access to. The measurements are after we the gis have been shrunk in hot water and machine dried on high.

When you first take the gi out of the bag you can expect 4-5% shrinkage on the sleeve measurement, and around 3-4% on the pant length.
Please understand that the height and weight ranges are estimates only and are not to be used as exact guidelines, but more of an average reference guide.
The Measurements provided on the chart can vary by +/- 1 to 4%
