Gorilla's Blue Silverback BJJ Gi is made from a high quality middle weight Gold weave fabric, with a thick collar. This BJJ Gi was built to last but still provides the Jiu Jitsu practitioner with great flexibility and comfort. This BJJ Gi is perfect for training and competition. Most BJJ Gi manufacturers are building BJJ Gi for the hot climates like brazil and the southern United states, while this Gi is one of few BJJ Gi produced for the colder climates of the northern United states and Canada as this Gi is 30 to 50% thicker then the average light weight BJJ Gi.

We added this size chart to make you life a little easier when ordering online. These are pre-shrunk Gis but they will still shrink  if you wash them in hot water, and subject them to high heat in the dryer. They just don't shrink as much as a non pre-shrunk gis. We took a size 6(A4) gi and washed it in hot water, and through it in the dryer at high heat for over an hour, and repeated the process to make it shrink to the maximum. We got a maximum shrinkage of 4%(jacket)-4%(pants), wash in cold water and hang dry shrinkage was less then 2%(jacket)-2%(pants).
