Gorilla's "Kong" MMA Training gloves are the safest mma training gloves on the market end of story. We have packed 2.5inch of multi layer foam which will not only protect your hands but will also protect your training partners during those heavy training sessions like no other glove. The velcro wrist strap has also been extended to provide much better wrist support.

    For our sizes just open your hand and take a measurement around the knuckle area of your hand. Then compare that number with our chart to get proper sizing, if you plan on wearing handwraps go one size up or are on the borderline between 2 sizing just pick the larger of the 2 sizes.
