1. How long do i have to return any items?

With Gorilla Fight Gear you have up to 90 days from the day your order was placed to return any items

2. What can I return within these 90-days?

Merchandise that can be returned within this 90 days period must be unused, unwashed, like-new condition, acceptable for resale.

3. What can't I return within these 90-days?

Merchandise not suitable for return includes items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled or damaged as well as groin protectors

Also all fight gear in our Clerance Section and fight gear currently on sale can not be returned as they are sold as final sale and non-returnable

4. How will I be reinbursed for my return?

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
With Gorilla Fight Gear you have up to 30 days from the day your order was placed to contact us and have the item(s) returned to us if you don't wish to be reinburst via Store Credit, after the the 30-Days returns will be credited to your account in the form of a Store Credit for the value of the item(s) and any applicable taxes or product reshipment minus shipping.
  • Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card (if returned within 30-days), or refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by cash or will be refunded in cash (if returned within 30-days), or refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by Email Money Transfer will be refunded by Email Money Transfer (if returned within 30-days), or refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by Western Union or Money Gram will be refunded by Western Union or Money Gram (if returned within 30-days), or refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by a cheque that has cleared will be refunded by cheque(if returned within 30-days), or refunded as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by a cheque that has not had time to clear will be refunded by cheque once if has finally cleared(if returned within 30-days), as a Store Credit.
  • Any purchase made by Store Credit, Gift Certificate or Gift Card will be refunded as Store Credit.
Store Credit
With Gorilla Fight Gear item(s) returned within 90 days from the day your order was placed can be credited to your account in the form of a Store Credit for the value of the item(s) and any applicable taxes minus shipping.

Product Replacement
Lastly Gorilla Fight Gear will replace item(s) if returned within 90 days from the day your order was placed minus shipping.

5. What about shipping costs involved in returning or replacing items?

FREE SHIPPING
Gorilla Fight Gear will pay for the all shipping fees regarding your order if you received the wrong item, or if the item you received was damaged or defective in anyway. However is not our fault Gorilla Fight Gear will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs for the order and the return and or replacement of the item(s).

If your order originally qualified for Free Shipping and you are sending the product(s) back for a refund or Store Credit, we'll also deduct an extra $9.95CDN/$14.95USA ($19.90CDN/$29.90USA total) to cover our shipping costs both ways.

For US and International returns Gorilla Fight Gear will not be responsible for any brokerage fees, if a shipment comes in that requires us to pay the carier's brokerage fees, we will contact you and inform you of the situation. At that time you have 2 options have us refuse the return and it will be shipped back to you at your expense or we will deduct the brokerage fees from your refund, or you will have to pay brokerage fees before we ship out any of your replacement item(s). However this is only an issue if you choose not to use our Canada Post return Lables for shipping your returns.

6. How do I return items?

We At Gorilla Fight Gear strongly believe that returning merchandise Should be easy and hassle free. Please follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service in returning your order.

  1. Please Fill out the form below, with your order number, the name of the item(s) you're returning and the reason of the return. I've you can add a few pictures of the product issues taht would make the review process much faster.



  2. After a quick review we will send you a Canada Post return label by E-mail
  3. Place the return label on the box to be returned, and please remember that we will deduct this shipping from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. see the answer to What about shipping costs involved in returning or replacing items? for more details.
We'll only be issuing refunds, credits and shipping out replacements after receiving the return and inspecting it. If we have any concerns we will contact you.
