1. I just placed my order online when will it get shipped?

All Orders are shipped by the next business day (Mon-Fri), so if you placed your order on a Wednesday it would be shipped out on Thursday, if you place your order on the weekend it will be shipped out on Monday (which is the next business day).

2. Do i get a tracking number with my order?

When we ship via Canada Post or UPS the system will automatically send you an email with all the tracking information. If we ship using another method that doesn't automatically send you an email we will email you directly with all the tracking information.

3. I need my order yesterday do you offer express shipping?

UPS express plane Yes, if you have time sensitive order we do offer UPS express as a shipping option for all our customers around the planet.

UPS Express is a 1 to 3 day service to most places on the planet. The only thing that can slow it down is customs in the country the shipment is going to. The brokerage fees when shipping by this method are included in the shipping cost. The duties and taxes for your country are not and UPS will collect them before or upon delivery. Tracking is available and is updated often with UPS.

Items Returned Due to Non Delivery

If any shipment is returned to us as a result of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, and failing to acknowledge cards left by the courier as we will not be responsible for attempted deliveries due to no one being available. In these cases, items can be returned to us if you do not contact your local post office or our courier to arrange re-delivery or collection. The Customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by Gorilla Fight Gear if these items are returned to us as undelivered.

Where such orders are returned to us, we will impose all costs we incur before redelivering your order. At present we do not offer Free Shipping on redelivering you order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order. The cost of the returned delivery, will be deducted from the order total prior to Gorilla Fight Gear issuing a refund to the customer.
