As more questions come in we will post them up on here. 1.I'm from Canada but outside Winnipeg what are my shipping Options? 2.What are your US shipping options? 3.Do you ship Overseas? 4.How much is shipping and handling? 5.When can i expect my order? 6.What about large orders that can't be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator? 
1.I'm from Canada but outside Winnipeg what are my shipping Options? We have 2 shipping options available, through our online store. 1. Canada post 2. Purolator (not integrated with our website, YET!) 
Back to the Top 2.What are your US shipping options? We ship everything to the US via Purolator which will be delivered to your door by DHL.
Back to the Top 3.Do you ship Overseas? We do ship overseas but be prepared to pay for brokerage, duties and local taxes. We recommend looking into your countries importing policies and rates before placing an order. Find out if you can do the paperwork yourself you will be able to save allot of money importing goods into your country this way. Back to the Top 4.How much is shipping and handling? We are surprised to see this question come up as often as it does, so this is what you do if you want a estimate on your shipping. here are 3 easy steps (only 2 if you have logged into the website). 1. Place items into your shopping cart. 2. click on estimate shipping button under shopping cart to open pop-up window. 3. enter your shipping info (skip this if logged in). Shipping estimate will be shown for all available shipping methods.
Back to the Top 5.When can i expect my order? We ship most of our orders on the next business day. So if your order was placed on Monday it would be shipped out on Tuesday, if it was placed on Friday it won't get out till Monday. In Canada shipping with Canada post "Expedited" you can expect shipping to take 1-7 business days with Purolator ground up to 5 business days. (with purolator ground you can get 1 day shipping times to many towns i across Manitoba, Eastern Saskatchewan, and western Ontario. please contact Purolator for more details on this. For our US customers Purolator Ground can ship your items in 4-5 business days. Again these are estimates between major urban centers, if you live in a rural area you can expect a few extra days to these estimates. Back to the Top 6.What about large orders that can't be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator? Orders that are too Large for Canada Post or Purolator will be shipped by DHL global Logistics
