1.How do I take care of my handwraps?

Ideally handwraps should be washed after every session, but this can be a pain if you only have one pair. So we recommend that you own a few pairs to rotated your wraps in and out of the wash.

Regardless washing handwraps isn't any fun here are ways to wash them.
1. Hand Wash them in the sink, and hang dry (takes time but safest)
2. wash them in a washing machine (keep them in a mesh bag otherwise they will wrap around your laundry like a boa constrictor), and then throw the bag dryer.

if you plan on washing them in the washing machine keep the following things in mind
1. The colors can run and ruin your other clothes (so keep the whites with whites and darks with darks).
2. They may be hard o wrap after you pull them out of the mesh bag (they can become tangled)
3. Machine wash and drying will lower the lifespan of your wraps considerably as they are made of a very thin material.

2.How do i take care of my mouthguard?

A mouthguard doesn't require much attention to take care of, here are a few pointers to make them last a bit longer.

1. Do not clench or chew on it. (This can rip, tear, pierce, or compress the guard's plastic, thus provide less protection.)
2. Wash mouthguards with soap using warm (not hot) water.
3. Before putting the mouthguard away, keep it in the mouth rinsing solution.
4. Don't store in hot environments like a closed car(This can distort the shape of the mouthguard.)
5. Keep it in it's case after every used ( To protect it from physical harm and let it dry)

Just like any peice of equipment your mouthguard will deteriorate and finally wear out. You can expect that as time goes by your guard will develop rips, tears, and holes. The fit of a mouthguard can also become slack as it wears out. If you have noticed any, or even several, of these changes you should simply replace your mouthguard with a new one.

3.I have cloth shin guards, anklets and elbow pads how do i clean them so they don't stink?

Like your handwraps, all your cloth gear will end absorb your sweat like a sponge, and if not cleaned regularly they will began to stink something horrible. Ideally you should clean your gear after every session but unless you have a maid, allot of extra gear to rotate between sessions we all know that will never happens. Here are a few ways to wash your cloth gear.

1. Hand Wash in the sink and air dry.
2. Turn them inside out and throw them in the washing machine and air dry

Remember if you choose to machine wash and dry you will lower the life span of your gear considerably, and keep in mind that the colors can run and ruin your other clothes(so keep the whites with whites and darks with darks).

4.How to keep boxing gloves dry and clean?

It's fairly easy to keep your gloves from becoming nasty stink bombs that the club can smell as soon as you open your duffel bag.and here are a few pointers, to keep them clean and dry.

1.Wear handwraps - they will absorb allot of the sweat during your training session this will help minimize the the time for your gloves to dry out.
2.Air Dry your gloves(in a breeze) - Make sure your gloves get dry after every session, leave them in an open window to get a breeze or have a small fan blow inside/across the opening of the gloves will do the trick.
3. Bounce - When not using your gloves place a bounce softener dyer sheet inside them to keep them peachy fresh
4. Wet-rag - To wipe off the dust and blood etc. off the glove surface

If your gloves get very bad you can use lysol to kill "99.9% of the gems" living in your gloves, and fabreeze to attempt to freshen up the smell coming out of them, again make sure to air dry totally efore using them again.

* If you mechine wash and dry you will ruin your gloves
** if your skin is sensitive avoid using anything that may have harsh chemicals that may affect your skin.
