These are not pre-shrunk tae kwon do uniforms so expect them to shrink one full size if washed in hot water, and subject them to high heat in the dryer. The Height and weight part of the chart are estimates only which 75% of people fit into nicely however we provided some detailed numbers of the tae kwon do uniforms so you can compare with your current tae kwon do uniform if you need to get a better idea of sizing.

Want to prevent your kimono from shrinking follow the following steps;

• Wash in cold water.
• If in a rush dry on low to medium heat checking you gi every 15mins.
• If you have plenty of time hang dry (recomended).

Want to shrink your kimono follow the following steps;

• Wash in warm to hot water.
• Dry on high heat.
• Check every 15mins and stop once you have the desired results.
