Orders made before 11:00 am, Eastern Time, will be sent that day. Orders made after 11:00 am or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. 

Local orders: should be ready for pick up on the next business day, and deliveries are every Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.

You control your delivery; you select the shipping service based on price and estimated delivery date. Please note that these are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.



We offer flat rate shipping within Canada via Canada Post (5-7 business days) and the continental US via USPS (1-2 weeks).

NOTE: flat rate shipping doesn’t apply to wholesale or international orders outside of Canada and the continental US.


If you are not comfortable with the postal service, you can select UPS. They tend to offer better tracking and quicker delivery times; you have the option of various calculated rates from UPS in the checkout with more detailed shipping estimates for each of their services provided.

NOTE: UPS shipping DOES NOT ship to PO BOXES


If you have a PO box or don’t apply for our flat-rate service, perhaps the postal service is the choice for you. They offer calculated rates and delivery time estimates via our checkout and may or may not be more economical than courier service.

Note: Shipping times in the checkout are estimates from the carrier. Due to COVID, the shipping carriers are a bit overloaded, and estimated times may take longer. So please allow for patience with the shipping carrier once your order leaves our warehouse (im sure they are doing their best to get your order out to you).


Pick-up orders are ready to be picked up within 24 business hours at our address: 99 Bernard Bay, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. 

Pick-ups can be scheduled between Sunday – Thursday (noon – 10 pm), Friday and Saturday (9 am – 10 pm). We offer flexible pick-up times. However, you MUST contact us to confirm your order and time for pick up of said order.


Local deliveries are done every Friday between 10 am and 4 pm. We will confirm with you before arranging to deliver your order.

If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via email; if you did not receive an email with a tracking number within two working days, check your spam folder for an email that might be coming from our website regarding your order.


Oversized charges will apply to heavy bags, mats and large wholesale orders. Depending on product size and destination, additional shipping charges may apply.  Clients will be contacted before shipping to confirm additional costs.


If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you wish to substitute the item or wait. If you would prefer to wait for the item to arrive, we are happy to accommodate backorders.
