- Gorilla Fight Gear gis are preshrunk. However, this does not mean your gi will not shrink. When washed in hot water and dried in the dryer, the expected shrinkage in the sleeve length over time can be 5-10%.
- We recommend cold wash and hand dry, and never use harsh chemicals like bleach.

We have a new youth BJJ Gi that has been in design for almost two years and is based on the feedback of Gracie Winnipeg and Revelation Martial Arts, who have great youth Jiu-Jitsu programs here in Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. Unfortunately, most BJJ and Judo Gis designed for children are smaller versions of the adult Gis, which can be very uncomfortable for the more miniature Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.

We were excited to buy new gis for our kids this Xmas but then when they came in we realized they weren’t the same as the kids gis the other kids in class had on. these were a lot thinner and we didn’t want our kids to feel out of place from the rest of the group so we returned them mike didn’t carry thicker regular kids gis as he said his wholesale customers preferred this thinner gis for their clients as they were so comfortable compared to regular kids BJJ gis. so we had to buy gis for our kids elsewhere.
