What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our Checkout will provide you with live shipping rates from Canada Post and UPS if you don’t see any shipping rates come up after you logged in with your mailing address information then don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long will delivery take?

That’s completely up to you when you select your shipping options in checkout each shipping option will have a live estimated delivery date next to it.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The Whole site is SSL secured so any information you provide will be encrypted, also any account that has not been active with a year will be deleted from our servers. As for all credit card orders, all credit card information is completed via PayPal we personally never see or store your credit card info on file anywhere.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Within 2 working days of placing your order, we will have it packed and shipped out to you with tracking info emailed to you. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you via email first then by phone if we haven’t got a response via email within a few days.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer COD for locals, e-transfer for anyone living in Canada, accept most Credit Cards via paypal, and bitcoin.

What if i need to do an exchange or return?

If you’re not happy with our product then we aren’t happy, just message us via our contact us form right here and we will be happy to provide you with our return mailing address.
